We are seeking a highly skilled VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) L3 Engineer to support enterprise private cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with VCF architecture, deployment, operations, upgrades, and troubleshooting across the full stack including vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, NSX, and SDDC Manager.

The engineer will be responsible for managing day-2-day operations, resolving escalated incidents, supporting lifecycle management activities, validating environment readiness, and driving platform stability and optimization. This role requires strong troubleshooting ability, architectural understanding, and experience working in complex enterprise environments.

• Strong hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation
• Strong experience in vSphere / ESXi / vCenter

• Strong experience in vSAN

• Good experience in NSX-T / NSX for VCF

• Experience with SDDC Manager lifecycle management

• Experience with VCF workload domains and management domain operations • Strong knowledge of:

DNS / NTP / certificates

VLANs / MTU / routing / IP pools

Storage policies and cluster design

VCF pre-checks and upgrade dependencies

• Experience in troubleshooting production issues and critical incidents

• Good documentation and customer communication skills

• Experience with VCF design and deployment
