World-leading strategic communications and campaigns agency, Red Flag, is inviting applications
from talented and ambitious candidates for the role of Digital Account Manager, Global Campaigns.
Red Flag is a multi-award-winning agency that has transformed how businesses, associations and
non-profits strategise, communicate and influence.

Founded in 2013, Red Flag has grown rapidly in stature and reputation, representing and advising
leading companies, coalitions and industry associations from offices in Dublin, Brussels, London,
Washington DC and Cape Town. Since 2025, Red Flag has been part of Ankura Consulting Group, a
premier expert services and advisory firm, and today operates as Red Flag, an Ankura company.
Together, the two firms are building on that shared strength to deliver solutions for clients
navigating increasingly complex business, policy, regulatory, trade and reputational challenges.

Red Flag's expert campaigners are recognised as amongst the most creative, diligent and dedicated
consultants in our industry, and we work hand-in-hand with the most interesting and exciting clients
to conceive and execute multi-disciplinary and innovative campaigns that win.

Having secured significant new business, Red Flag is now seeking a like-minded, energetic and
motivated candidate for a new and important role in our agency. This is an excellent and exciting
opportunity to join our talented team of former government advisers, senior diplomats, journalists,
multinational executives and expert political and strategic consultants.

This is a newly created position at Red Flag, reflecting the growing role that digital channels play in
the campaigns we run for clients. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection between
public affairs, communications and campaigning, bringing specialist digital expertise to campaigns
that are, at their core, about messaging, narrative and influence.

Red Flag prides itself on being an industry-leading employer. We have an established policy of
promoting from within and provide a staff development programme and clear pathways to
promotion, as well as generous staff benefits and incentives. These include hybrid working, annual
company and personal performance-based bonuses and incentives for winning new business.

This specific position is offered for a Digital Account Manager to be based in our office in Dublin, with
the opportunity of hybrid working. Candidates in other locations may be considered. Some
international travel may be required.

A Red Flag Digital Account Manager:
● Leads the development, execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns (including on
platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, X) as part of integrated communications
and public affairs strategies for major clients.
● Builds and manages digital messaging and targeting strategies that support wider campaign
narratives, working closely with strategists and account teams to ensure paid and organic
activity align with overall campaign goals.
● Tracks, analyses and interprets campaign performance data, translating metrics into clear
insights and recommendations for internal teams and client reporting.
● Manages day-to-day client interactions and reporting on the digital elements of campaigns,
working as part of an international team servicing clients on Irish, European and global
campaigns.  Keeps abreast of platform changes, ad policy updates and emerging digital tools relevant to
issue-based and advocacy communications.
● Helps drive business development, contributing digital expertise to pitches and proposals for
new accounts.

Required Skills and Experience:
● 3-5 years' experience running paid digital/social advertising campaigns, with hands-on
experience across platforms such as X, LinkedIn and Google Ads.
● Strong analytical skills, with demonstrable experience turning campaign data into clear,
digestible reporting and insight for clients or senior stakeholders.
● Comfortable working with analytics and reporting tools (e.g. platform ad managers, Google
Analytics, data visualisation/reporting tools).
● An understanding of, or strong interest in, public affairs, policy or issues-based
communications — this may come from agency, in-house, political, or advocacy
backgrounds.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including fluent English.
● Proven client-handling skills, with the ability to explain digital strategy and performance to
non-digital specialists.

Desirable:
● Experience working on advocacy, issues management, political or non-commercial
campaigns (as opposed to product/consumer marketing).
● Prior exposure to PR, public affairs or media relations.
● Experience across multiple sectors such as technology, food/drink, or health.

Attractive terms and conditions for the right candidate with a remuneration package based on
experience. Candidates must be entitled to work in Ireland without any additional approvals.
Candidates should submit a CV and cover letter, before 17:00 on Friday 2 October 2026, detailing all relevant experience and outlining what they can bring to Red Flag, to https://www.redflag.global/careers.
