Position Summary

As a Shift Lead, you will use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate your team. Additionally, you will use your experience with inventory management and cash handling to ensure that the store is properly stocked and all transactions are handled accurately. Finally, you will use your leadership skills to train and develop team members, and to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Use of protective equipment such as ear plugs, safety glasses, gloves, etc.
