Early Childhood Speech Pathologist- Center Based Position

The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Provide skilled Speech-Language therapy services 1:1 with developmentally delayed children in our center-based toddler group.

· Contribute to the development and follow through of Individualized Family Service Plans, including developing and working towards appropriate developmental goals.

· Establish and maintain parent communication and education to support carryover across settings.

· Collaborate with other service providers to support IFSP goals and objectives.

· Complete session notes and progress reports as required.

· Collaborate with center-based Toddler Group team to plan speech and oral motor activities.

· Modify and implement activities within the Toddler Group setting to facilitate speech-language development.

· Maintain the highest clinical and ethical standards in service provision.

· Doctoral, M.A., or M.S. degree in Speech-Language Pathology

· NYS License in Speech-Language Pathology (or CF eligible).

· Must demonstrate excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.

· Must be able to collaborate with the clinical team and all related service providers on a caseload.
