Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting and financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close

Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

Prepare and present financial reports to leadership and stakeholders
- →
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, GAAP standards, and internal policies

Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance metrics
- →
Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies
- →
Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies

Supervise and develop finance team members
- →
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
~1 min readBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
7+ years of progressive finance experience, with leadership responsibility
Experience in healthcare, senior living, or nonprofit environments strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to lead teams and partner with cross-functional stakeholders
