Thriving Center of Psychology is hiring salaried Licensed Clinical Social Workers in New York City. Four days across our Midtown and Soho offices, one day remote. W2 with benefits, a caseload we build with you, and weekly consultation with clinicians who know your cases.

You need an active, clear New York LCSW licence. We are not able to consider candidates still accruing supervised hours.

We are a clinician-led group practice founded by psychologists, with offices in Midtown and Soho. The founders built the practice they wanted to work in: real colleagues, real consultation, and the support to do excellent clinical work without carrying the business of a practice on your own.

Most therapist jobs today are 1099 contracts on telehealth platforms, where you work largely alone. We are built the other way.

Onboarding that sets you up: professional headshots, a polished clinical profile, a feature on our website, and structured check-ins through your first weeks.

Provide psychotherapy to adults across a range of presenting concerns, in person and by telehealth.

Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT and ACT.

Carry a sustainable caseload with the support of weekly case consultation.

Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of LCSW, LMHC and LMFT clinicians.

A salary of $80,000 to $105,000 per year, plus performance bonus opportunity.

A master's degree in social work.

At least one year providing therapy to adults independently in outpatient.

Able to work a 40 hour week, with a goal of 27 clients per week.

Comfort carrying a full clinical caseload of adult clients.

A collaborative approach and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.

Experience delivering psychotherapy in person or by telehealth.
