We are looking for an organized and proactive professional with strong analytical and communication skills to join our Logistics team.

Has experience in Supply Chain, Material Planning, Logistics, Procurement, or a similar field.
Is familiar with ERP/MRP systems and production planning processes.
Has strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Works accurately, independently, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Has a good command of English and MS Office tools, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

Planning, ordering, and monitoring the delivery of materials on time, so that the delivery deadline to the customer is met.

Collecting order data from all ThyssenKrupp Bilstein suppliers/customers.

Ensuring that data is captured (Forecast, Order, Changes) and updating the information in the production planning system.
→
Performing plausibility checks (quantity, lead times, stage of changes, production capacity).
→
Comparing orders with the annual plan.
→
Maintaining and updating the future requirements together with the Sales department.
→
Introducing measures for backlogs, cancellations, requirements that are higher or lower than planned.
→
Introducing any escalation measures (additional shifts, weekend work, special transports, etc.).
→
Identifying material requirements considering the production plan.
→
Communicating the planned data to suppliers, taking the sales plan into account.
→
Communicating requirements and orders, changes, and cancellations.
→
Monitoring order confirmations, shipments, and goods receipts into the warehouse.
→
Initiating warning procedures in case of imminent delivery delays.
→
Implementing escalation measures and providing the necessary information to the relevant persons in case of an imminent delivery delay (additional shift work, weekend work, special transports, etc.).

Monitoring and adjusting the warehouse stock, taking into account the optimal order quantity, lead time, and delivery punctuality.

Participating in the supplier evaluation.
