• →System Leadership: Provides system leadership and direction for the financial operations of Tidelands Health (TH).
• →Governing Body: Provides the TH Board of Trustees and its appropriate Committees with the status of the finances throughout the System.
• →Planning: Contributes expertise and guides the planning of the budgetary process, revenue cycle and managed care contracting for TH.
• →Community Relationships: Maintains networks within the community, especially the health care, financial services, and governmental policy communities, to take advantage of opportunities that would promote the TH Strategy.
• →Fiscal Accountability: Manages the fiscal affairs and physical assets of the System within established policies and accounting procedures.
• →Leadership: Provides leadership and vision to the executives, management, and employee partners throughout the System.

• Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting Required
• Master's Degree in finance or business related field Preferred

• Minimum of ten (10) or more years of proven progressive healthcare financial operations experience within a medium to large integrated health system.

• Accounting and Financial Management, and Financial Analysis Principles and Skills
• Advanced Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Advanced Analytical and Quantitative Skills
• Ability to effectively work in a Matrix Organization.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Preferred
