Client Advisor - Guangzhou

Work with store team to achieve sales goals, maintain highest level of customer service, enhance customer relationship, and ensure flawless retail operations execution.

1. Achieve or exceed individual sales plan to support store meet monthly/annual sales plan.
2. Utilize exemplary selling skills to effectively identify customer needs and close sales.

1. Deliver customer service excellence through words and actions; Engage every customer in an interaction that results in the highest level of customer satisfaction. 
2. Positively contribute to store’s delivery of the Tiffany experience and Tiffany brand promise. 
3. Independently resolve all customer issues up to the maximum level permitted under the established Retail guidelines.

1. Build client relationships by capturing and utilizing client data and engaging in other strategic developmental activities. 
2. Utilize client development resources provided by the company to maximize sales potential. 
3. Ensure all day-to-day activities adhere to key retail strategies and current initiatives in order to drive the success of the business.

1. Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers and colleagues. 
2. Maintain execution of visual directives and display standards on the sales floor.
3. Remain current on all company updates and complete provided training courses to ensure compliance with company policy changes.
