The Manager, Global SEO & GEO — Content Strategy is a leader within Tiffany & Co.’s Omni-Channel & Digital organization, responsible for co-leading the global SEO/GEO program in partnership with the Manager, Global SEO & GEO — Technical Strategy. This role shapes the global roadmap from a content, customer, and business-facing perspective, ensuring Tiffany’s owned digital experiences are optimized for both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven discovery environments.
Serving as the primary SEO/GEO partner to Ecommerce Content, eMerchandising, Global Marketing, and regional stakeholders, this leader will translate business priorities, campaign plans, and customer needs into scalable search strategies that drive visibility, traffic quality, and customer acquisition. While global in scope, this role also serves as a key regional point of contact, supporting localization of SEO/GEO strategies, optimizations, reporting, and market-specific opportunities. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in content SEO and strong fluency across all facets of search, including technical SEO, reporting, and GEO.

Co-lead Tiffany & Co.’s global SEO/GEO strategy and roadmap in partnership with the Manager, Global SEO & GEO — Technical Strategy.

Serve as the primary SEO/GEO partner to cite content, eMerchandising, global brand & product marketing, and regional teams; supporting campaigns, launches, seasonal moments, and evergreen growth opportunities.

Act as a regional point of contact for SEO/GEO strategy, optimization, reporting, and localization support, helping markets adapt global direction to local needs.

Lead content-focused SEO/GEO initiatives across Tiffany.com, ensuring content is optimized for discoverability, engagement, and conversion.

Develop search- and GEO-informed content strategies grounded in keyword research, prompt/topic analysis, customer intent, competitive insights, and performance data.

Guide on-page optimization best practices, including metadata, headings, copy structure, internal linking, taxonomy input, and content formatting that supports both search engines and AI answer engines.

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign, editorial, category, and product content is optimized for traditional search and generative discovery.

Assess the GEO landscape at both the macro and micro level, identifying trends, visibility gaps, and content opportunities across AI-driven discovery environments.

Drive tiffany.com GEO content optimizations and surface actionable insights to cross-functional partners responsible for earned channels. This role does not own execution within those channels, but is responsible for informing global and regional strategy, approach, and priorities.

Support holistic search opportunities by partner with the global performance marketing manager to identify synergies and areas of alignment across SEO, SEM, product feed optimization, and broader performance content initiatives.

Partner with Analytics to develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that translate search and GEO performance into actionable insights.

Provide quarterly global & regional performance reporting and strategic insights, using findings to inform future content, campaign, and growth priorities.

Stay current on search behavior changes, AI-driven discovery, and the competitive landscape, translating emerging trends into practical business recommendations.
Requirements
~2 min read6+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, organic growth, or digital marketing, ideally within a global ecommerce, luxury, or premium retail environment.
Deep SEO content expertise, on-page optimization, search intent, content planning, and performance-driven content strategy.
Strong working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals and how technical foundations influence content visibility and discoverability.
Demonstrated experience partnering with marketing, content, merchandising, analytics, and cross-functional business teams in a matrixed organization.
Experience supporting global programs while adapting strategy and recommendations to regional or local market needs.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using reporting, research, and performance insights to shape strategy and measure impact.
Experience delivering clear, executive-level reporting and recommendations to a range of stakeholders.
Familiarity with GEO, AI search, and emerging answer engine ecosystems.
Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Conductor, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Botify, OnCrawl, BlueFish, Profound, or similar enterprise platforms.
Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, or other premium consumer categories.
Experience supporting international SEO across multi-market, multi-lingual environments.
Experience with product feed optimization and related platforms such as Google Merchant Center.
Experience building dashboards and reporting views in Power BI or similar visualization tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
The hiring range for this position ranges from $122,000-$150,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
