Senior Consultant / Manager Analytics Consulting - Real Estate

We are looking for a strong analytical and business focused Consultant to bridge the gap between strategic business decision-making and advanced technical execution. In this role, you will partner directly with stakeholders to structure ambiguous business challenges, frame analytical hypotheses, and drive data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate brings a powerful combination of strategy consulting, enterprise analytics, and hands-on AI prototyping capabilities.

• →Partner with stakeholders to align business strategy with analytics, structured decision frameworks, and performance metrics.
• →Translate business challenges into technical specs, data science roadmaps, and actionable projects.
• →Manage deliverables and drive milestones across technical teams and client stakeholders.
• →Conduct exploratory analysis on property/portfolio data to translate complex insights into executive recommendations.
• →Rapidly prototype solutions and functional proof-of-concepts using GenAI, Agentic AI, and low-code/no-code tools.
• →Orchestrate cross-functional technical teams (data science, ML, software engineering) to deliver robust solutions.

• 5–10 years of experience in business analytics, strategy consulting, data science consulting, or real estate decision analytics.
• Proven track record bridging technical execution, project management, and client delivery.
• Hands-on proficiency with leading LLMs/AI platforms (OpenAI preferred) for workflow automation and prototyping.
• Strong analytical foundation with structured/unstructured datasets, SQL, Python, Excel, and enterprise BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience framing hypotheses, solving ambiguous problems, and presenting executive-ready recommendations.
• Understanding of real estate business processes (property management, asset performance, valuation) is preferred.
• Familiarity with Dataiku or enterprise analytics platforms is a plus.
