Responsibilities

→10 - 14 years of professional work experience with at least 9 years in data analytics
→Deep understanding of pharma dataset, KPIs, and insight needs across different HQ and field personas across commercial, PSS, and market access
→Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from client’s team to translate business problems to high level analytics solution approach
→Strong knowledge of Life Science and Pharma domain
→Experience in specialty drug and rare diseases
→Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams
→Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python & visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
→Strong understanding of standard data sources—especially pharmacy, HUB, CRM, IQVIA, alignments, and related datasets—along with the nuances and quality controls required to ensure accuracy
→Experience in developing hypotheses and validating them through data analysis to identify and investigate trends
→Experience in building and maintaining reports, with a focus on optimizing effort through automation
→Experience in managing large accounts and active involvement in account growth. P&L ownership in the past would be an added advantage
→Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience
