Receipting of finished product from Slicing Department, buyouts from other bakeries .
Accurately dispatching the finished product as per ringboard loading report and interbakeries to other bakeries. Daily reconciling of product movement.

To compare systems stock against physical stock daily

Stock receipt and despatch

Stock control and stock rotation

Processing of invoices

Utilize allocated cleaning materials in maintaining the high standard within the relevant work area

Ensure set hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.

Ensure adherence to the Health and Safety regulations.

Ensure allocated equipment is safe to operate and all safety features are operational.

Ensure that all evident unsafe situations are reported, and attended to immediately.

Ensure familiarisation and compliance with all company policies, practises and procedures and the manufacturing protocol.

Follows safe workplace practices and can report workplace hazards

Participate effectively in the Invocoms sessions.

Participate and or identify non compliances to be addressed using the SGA process.

Application of manufacturing Excellence Methodology i.e. MECP, 20keys.

Participate in all MECP activities
