Timeless was founded in 2013 with the vision of creating a leading lifestyle brand around cannabis products that are efficient, safe, and discreet to use. Our passion for R&D and brand building has led Timeless to be one of the most innovative brands in the market.

Community, Culture, and Legacy are the building blocks of what we do at Timeless. We always have and will continue to work with local businesses, artists, charities, and dispensary partners to support the movements that we believe impact our industry and world for the better.

About the Role

~1 min read

Production Workers build every product Timeless makes. This is one role covering five processes — blending, filling, flower infusion, pre-roll, and packaging — rather than five separate jobs.

That is deliberate. Production needs to shift depending on what is due, what materials arrived, and what is running behind. Being trained across processes means you go where the work is, and it is the fastest way to grow here.

Responsibilities

~1 min read
  • Weigh and blend raw distillate, liquid diamonds, and terpenes to batch specification, following the Blending SOP.
  • Operate blending equipment — hot plate and overhead stirrer — and monitor each batch until fully homogenous.
  • Complete batch record documentation and set aside the required sample quantity for each batch.
  • Prepare and operate filling equipment to fill 510-style cartridges and pod devices to specification.
  • Inspect the first trays for correct fill level and quality before continuing the run.
  • Weigh, label, and bag finished product; document counts, weights, and waste on the batch record.
  • Inspect for defects, leaks, and particulates and pull anything that does not meet standard.
  • Grind and prepare flower for infusion, recording input, output, and waste weights on the batch record.
  • Set up and run infusion equipment as directed by your Lead, following the Infusion SOP exactly.
  • Follow every pressurized and heated equipment safety requirement — never bypass a step, regardless of time pressure.
  • Sift and homogenize infused material until no clumping remains.
  • Weigh, bag, and label finished infused flower.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment after every run.
  • Complete your sections of the batch record and report any deviation to your Lead.
  • Weigh pre-filled cones and adjust material until each falls within the acceptable weight range.
  • Pack and close cones using the 3-point closing method.
  • Perform visual quality checks and report damaged cones or weight discrepancies to your Lead.
  • Handle all flower with care so weights, moisture, and appearance stay within standard.
  • Package finished product into retail boxes, tubes, or tins by type, following the applicable Packaging SOP.
  • Confirm packaging materials are QA-approved on the batch record before starting; never mix SKUs at a workstation.
  • Verify labels against the batch record and approved artwork — strain name, batch number, dates, THC and CBD values, and QR code — before applying.
  • Apply top and back labels using the labeling equipment, and shake-check each unit to confirm the product is present.
  • Build master case packs at 12 units per case, confirming each unit and case is properly labeled.
  • Stage verified case packs for inventory transfer.
  • Follow the applicable SOP for whichever process you are working.
  • Record counts, weights, and waste accurately on the batch record as the work happens, not at the end of the shift.
  • Handle products with care to protect the accuracy of weights, measurements, and quality.
  • Report defects, discrepancies, and damaged material to your Lead rather than passing them down the line.
  • Raise a problem when you see one — catching it at your station is always cheaper than catching it later.
  • Wear the required PPE for the process you are working, every shift — including heat-resistant gloves and eye protection when running infusion.
  • Never open a pressurized vessel or bypass a safety step, regardless of time pressure. Stop and ask your Lead.
  • Carry your state credential on your person as a condition of working the floor.
  • Follow all company and facility safety programs, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation; complete clean-down at end of shift and when switching strains or SKUs.
  • Help where you are needed, including tasks delegated by your Lead or Supervisor in any department.
  • Manage your time to meet productivity goals while consistently producing quality work.
  • Communicate a clear end-of-shift status on any in-progress work.
  • Contribute to the team's results, not just your own station.
