✓Collecting Proposals from Service Vendors
✓May require some background in field work.
✓May Require some background in Construction.
✓Communication with Contractors
✓Project Meetings
✓Follow up on capital expense Projects with Service Vendors
✓May Require some background in reading layouts and blueprints
✓Collecting Cost from service vendors to complete capex project proposals
✓Follow up on capital expense schedule
✓Electrical and Water reports
✓Refrigerant Leak reports
✓Grease Interceptor Permit updates.
✓Elevator Permit updates.
✓Update service vendor contracts.
✓Work with Leasing department.
✓Fast-paced environment that maybe demanding and/or stressful
✓Work done primarily indoors with air conditioning.
✓Extremely hot and/or cold temperatures: Warehouse/kitchen (100+o F); Chill (35o F)/freezer (-10o F)
✓Able to successfully deal with a large number of vendors and employees
✓Trouble shoot report from Store calls.
✓Exposed to electric – operated near machinery
✓Communication:
