Exciting opportunity to work on major commercial projects throughout the North Fort Worth, Dallas and/or Garland, Texas area! Apprentice with 5-6 years of experience. Must have a TDLR and basic electrical hand tools required. Responsible for electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within commercial and industrial settings.
 
You must have an active TDLR.
You must have 5-6 years of experience as a commercial electrician.
You must know conduit installation and bending.
You must know branch wiring. 
    • Perform advanced and complex electrical installations independently
    • Lead portions of electrical installations and support Foreman with execution planning
    • Install, bend, and terminate all conduit types (EMT, PVC, rigid) with precision and efficiency
    • Independently pull, route, label, and terminate conductors in accordance with code requirements
    • Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system testing
    • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications with full independence
    • Lay out electrical systems and assist with jobsite sequencing and workflow planning
    • Install panels, switchgear, transformers, lighting, and distribution systems
    • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve field issues with minimal escalation
    • Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and Titan Electric safety standards
    • Assist Foreman in coordinating manpower, materials, and jobsite productivity
    • Serve as a lead mentor to Apprentice I–IV team members
    • Support onboarding and training of new apprentices in field practices
    • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and apprenticeship progress
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other trades
    • Promote and enforce a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
    • ACTIVE TDLR
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Advanced to mastery-level knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and codes
    • Demonstrated ability to lead work activities and execute complex electrical tasks independently
    • Eligibility to test for Journeyman Electrician licensure (preferred)
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    • Expert-level proficiency in electrical installation methods, materials, and tools
    • Full ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents
    • Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
    • Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
    • Strong understanding of jobsite safety, hazard recognition, and risk mitigation
    • Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and meet production goals
    • Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to mentor and train apprentices
    • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
    • High level of accountability and professional work ethic
    • Ability to perform advanced math and measurement calculations
