We’re looking for an Associate Paraplanner to join our Kettering-based paraplanning team. This is a backfill opportunity within an established team, providing technical and administrative support to Financial Planners to ensure high‑quality, compliant client advice and an excellent client experience.
This role is ideal for someone early in their paraplanning career who is keen to develop their technical knowledge within a structured, supportive environment.
Prepare annual review packs and supporting documentation for client meetings
Draft suitability reports and associated recommendation documents using templated frameworks
Carry out basic research on products and providers in line with adviser requirements
Build and maintain cashflow models to support financial planning advice
Prepare and process new business submissions, including platform instructions
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates to back‑office systems
Work closely with Advisers and colleagues to progress cases efficiently and compliantly
Hold a minimum of 2 R0 Exams
Highly organised with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
Demonstrates a genuine willingness to develop technical knowledge
Proactively asks questions and seeks clarification when needed
Communicates clearly and confidently with advisers and colleagues
Manages time effectively and meets internal deadlines
