Operations Specialist - Arabic Speaking

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to support our CFD trading clients across the MENA region. You will take ownership of client operational matters, work closely with internal teams, and ensure requests are handled accurately and on time.

• Applicants must currently hold a valid UAE residence visa and have the necessary right to work in the UAE without company visa sponsorship.
• The successful candidate will initially be engaged under a Service Provider agreement.

• →Handle client account enquiries, account maintenance, onboarding, and verification requests.
• →Coordinate KYC documentation and support deposit and withdrawal processes in line with internal procedures.
• →Own operational cases through to resolution, working with Compliance, Client Support, Funding, Risk, Trading, IT, and other teams.
• →Review requests, monitor account activity, and escalate unusual or high-risk cases when needed.
• →Carry out operational checks, reconciliations, investigations, and internal reporting.
• →Investigate discrepancies, transaction issues, and system-related exceptions.
• →Maintain accurate records and support improvements to workflows and internal controls.
• →Assist with ad hoc operational projects and business needs.

• At least one year of experience in the CFD, Forex, or online trading industry.
• Experience in brokerage operations, trading operations, client operations, back office, or a similar role is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of account opening, deposits and withdrawals, trading-related processes, and operational risk.
• Familiarity with MT4/MT5 and brokerage CRM or back-office systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases independently.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
