Requirements
~1 min readWe are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic consultant to strengthen our team:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in management consulting and/or in the banking sector in the area of finance.
Specific experience in the following areas will be valued:
IRRBB in banking, with solid knowledge of behavioural modelling and related regulatory requirements.
Capital management and planning with extensive knowledge of regulations, CRR3, with experience in regulatory exercises: ICAAP, EBA Stress Test.
Strategic planning: desirable experience in strategic KPI optimisation, balance sheet modelling, income statement and solvency metrics, efficiency management, pricing, customer lifetime value and profitability analysis.
Quantitative background with strong analytical skills and an interest in quantitative topics.
Proficiency in Excel; R, Python, and knowledge of their uses in the workplace will be valued. Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning tools is also desirable.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Ability to work independently and quickly familiarise yourself with new topics.
Fluency in English and Spanish (including the ability to write professional reports). Other languages will be valued.
Willingness to travel.
