We’re looking for a Housing Officer to join our team and provide a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service across our supported housing schemes.

You’ll play a key role in making sure our schemes are safe, well managed and provide the right environment for residents to thrive. You’ll manage everything from lettings, allocations and tenancy matters to repairs, compliance, service charges and resident engagement.

Working closely with residents, care and support providers, commissioners, management agents and internal teams, you’ll help ensure services are joined up and responsive to individual needs. You’ll also support the delivery of new supported housing schemes, helping to coordinate allocations and lettings as new developments come into management.

This is a rewarding role where your housing knowledge, relationship-building skills and understanding of supported housing can make a genuine difference to frail, elderly, vulnerable and disadvantaged residents.
