Associate Creative Director - Copy

Tombras, a 600+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy for our Creative Department.

• →Work closely with the CCO, Executive Creative Director and Creative Directors to implement the vision and direction for the client and team
• →Partner with an Art Director to come up with killer TV, social and digital campaigns 
• →Lead and direct cross-disciplinary development and execution of short-term (project specific) and long-term (account specific) creative strategies
• →Coordinate with creative director and resource manager in projections for, and assignment of, creative discipline group members to client projects
• →Work on everything from high-level brand concepting and ideation to daily execution on client deliverables
• →Direct and guide art directors and writers in the creation of advertising
• →Delivers internal presentations to senior creative personnel and/or clients

• A strong diverse portfolio with produced work in TV, social and digital campaigns
• Team management and client facing experience
• Confidence to fight for your ideas, and the humility to not hold them precious 
• Ability to direct and enhance the efforts of a creative team
• Ability to find new entry points when the brainstorming hits a wall
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships, internally and with clients
• Ability to apply conceptual strategy, brainstorm facilitation, day-to-day directing of a project to completion
• Independent spirit, entrepreneurial attitude, and a drive for innovation.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Any awards or recognitions would be cool too
