Associate Director, Content

Tombras, a 600+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking an Associate Director, Content to join our Creative Social Team in Knoxville, TN.

• →Leading a team of content creators to concept and create breakthrough short-form video content 
• →Working with world-famous brands to bring social strategy to life across IG Reels, TikTok, and more 
• →Collaborating with Social Creative teams to incorporate video content into Always-On content calendars, 360 campaigns, and brand activations 

• A deep understanding of social content production 
• Demonstrated ability to concept and produce share-wrothy social video
• Experience in planning, leading, and executing video production at different scales: from run-n-gun real-time concepts to plugging into larger productions 
• Passion for leadership and team growth
