Reception + Retail Associates

As part of our Guest Services team, you'll help create a positive experience for every guest, support our barbers, and keep the front desk running smoothly.

As a Guest Services team member, you'll play an important role in the daily operations of our barbershop.

Your responsibilities will include:

• →Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, professional first impression
• →Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• →Managing service queues and assisting guests throughout their visits
• →Providing information about Tommy Gun's services and retail products
• →Helping guests find grooming and hair care products that suit their needs
• →Supporting retail displays, visual merchandising, and product inventory
• →Keeping the reception and retail areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• →Communicating with barbers and teammates to support efficient shop operations
• →Managing multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized under pressure, and works well as part of a team.

• Excellent customer service skills and a guest-focused approach
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Confidence answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting guests
• A friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude

• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail when managing service queues and front desk responsibilities
• Willingness to support teammates and contribute to a positive workplace

• Familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory is an asset
• Previous experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa is an asset
