Reception + Retail Associates

Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop at Highstreet in Abbotsford is looking for a friendly, organized, and outgoing Guest Services Associate to join our team!

Our Guest Services team keeps the shop running smoothly while making sure every guest feels welcome from the moment they arrive.

If you enjoy meeting new people, have a knack for staying organized, and thrive in a busy environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.

As a Guest Services Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and an important part of the shop's daily operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• →Greeting guests and creating a welcoming first impression
• →Managing the service queue and helping coordinate guest visits
• →Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with inquiries
• →Helping guests choose hair care and grooming products
• →Processing retail purchases and supporting daily sales
• →Keeping retail displays stocked, organized, and presentable
• →Supporting our barbers and stylists throughout the day
• →Maintaining a clean and inviting reception area

We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and enjoys helping others.

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
• Good time-management skills and attention to detail
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability for weekday, evening, and weekend shifts
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
• Familiarity with merchandising and inventory is a bonus
• Experience in a barbershop, salon, or spa is an advantage, but not required

• Starting wage of $19/hour
