In 2019, we launched an AI-powered subscription service, the Furbo Pet Nanny, which sends smart alerts to our users to notify them to check on the safety of their furbabies when they are home alone. About the Role
~1 min readTomofun 正在尋找一位具備策略思維與創意執行力的「亞太區品牌行銷經理」,你將主導 Furbo 寵物攝影機在台灣、香港、新加坡,及未來擴大東南亞市場的品牌聲量增長,負責社群經營、KOL 與異業合作策略、品牌議題操作等關鍵任務,透過創造高共鳴內容與精準的外部合作,放大品牌影響力並帶動用戶增長與銷售表現。

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →區域品牌推廣策略:主導台灣、香港、新加坡及未來東南亞市場的品牌推廣規劃,設計行銷節奏並整合各市場資源,以提升品牌知名度、強化品牌好感與用戶信任,間接帶動電商轉換率。
- →KOL 與跨品牌合作:制定 KOL/KOC 合作策略與資源配置,管理並協調當地合作夥伴 (eg. Freelancer, Agency .etc),確保內容協作與成效最大化;同時開拓跨品牌合作專案,打造雙贏合作模式與破圈聲量。
- →社群內容策略:規劃各市場的社群平台內容方向與議題操作,提升用戶參與與品牌共鳴;必要時能親自示範高品質內容製作,並引導當地資源或外部團隊進行日常運營。
- →數據驅動優化:追蹤平台成效與用戶行為,分析各市場內容表現與趨勢,並指導團隊或合作夥伴持續優化,快速因應平台演算法與市場變化。
- →跨部門協作:與電商、產品、設計、客服等團隊緊密合作,確保品牌推廣與用戶溝通能與銷售轉換、產品定位一致,打造完整品牌體驗。
- 5 年以上品牌或社群行銷經驗,能從策略規劃到執行落地完整主導專案
- 熟悉多市場運營,具備管理當地團隊/外部合作夥伴的經驗,能協調資源並提升整體效益
- 對社群與 KOL 生態敏感,近半年有實際管理品牌帳號經驗,熟悉 IG、Threads 等平台溝通邏輯
- 具備優秀的內容創意力與審美力,能帶領夥伴共同產出高共鳴內容
- 以數據驅動策略,能清楚轉譯數據為具體優化方向
- 熟悉 CapCut(剪映)、Canva,並善用 AI 工具提升工作效率
- 具備高度自律與時間管理能力,樂於跨部門與跨市場協作
- 中英文流利,能與國際團隊及海外合作對象有效溝通
- 熱愛毛小孩,對寵物產業具備熱情與同理心
