Join the the leadership team
Your primary responsibility is building the medical and logistical capabilities for whole-body field cryoprotection and leading the medical and SST teams
Deep dive and take responsibility for a wide range of topics
Build partnerships with other R&D and cryopreservation organizations and set the strategic direction of the overall organization
In a nutshell, you are co-responsible for all topics that help us grow, advance the sector and build a scalable and professional organization.

Requirements

Prior experience in leadership roles with personnel responsibility, ideally in Operations or CxO-positions
Extraordinary grit and dedication
Experience in early stage, high innovation organizations
Unparalleled intrinsic motivation for longevity and human cryopreservation (!)
Analytical mindset with a scientific, evidence-based approach.
Extroverted personality
Pronounced hands-on mentality; your day-to-day will include a wide(!) range of projects
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent English language skills
Excellent computer/tech skills
Willingness to relocate to Southern Florida (we will help with all the details)
Optional: Scientific and/or medical background/experience
