At Melita, we’re looking for a People & Culture Executive with a strong focus on Learning & Development to help drive employee growth, engagement, and performance across the business. You’ll play an important role in supporting the employee journey by identifying development needs, coordinating learning initiatives, and helping foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Responsibilities

Identify training and development needs across teams and support the delivery of learning initiatives

Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure a positive employee experience from day one
- →
Support performance management and talent development processes
- →
Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements
- →
Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- →
Support recruitment activities including sourcing, job advert creation, and interview coordination
- →
Assist with HR operations including employee records, contracts, and HR systems
- →
Maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements
- →
Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making
- →
Support employee relations matters and wider HR projects
- →
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development in an HR department.
- →
Experience in training coordination, onboarding, performance management, or employee development
- →
A qualification in HR, Psychology, Learning & Development, or a related field
- →
Strong organisational and communication skills
- →
A people-focused mindset with professionalism and empathy
- →
Experience with HR systems (Shireburn is considered an asset)
- →
Fluent communication skills in Maltese and English
- →
A proactive and collaborative approach
