Production Support Staff - Full Time Salary

We are looking for a talented production support staff/computer operator to monitor and control our computer systems. As a production support staff, you will be responsible for handling the operation and following the defined processes to make sure the tasks are completed on time with the highest required quality. To ensure success as a production support staff, you should have a strong working knowledge of computer software systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work quickly in high-pressure situations. Computer Operator Responsibilities: Ability to learn and work on multiple in-house developed software. Ability to work on 3rd party software. Ability to work under complex processes and workflows. Good technical skills on using complex software. Good analytical and reasoning skills. Excellent attention to details. Ability to work on Linux based system. Requirements Computer Operator Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Proven work experience as a computer operator. Excellent problem-solving skills. Knowledge of modern operating systems, enterprise and Office software. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
