As a Groundskeeper/Porter, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community grounds and common areas. This includes daily trash pickup, blowing walkways, maintaining landscaping, and power washing surfaces as needed. You’ll help ensure that the property is clean and welcoming for residents and guests alike. You’ll also support the maintenance and property teams with additional tasks as directed by the Property Manager, Director of Maintenance, or Regional Supervisor.

• Minimum 1 year of general labor experience
• Ability to meet physical demands and follow directions
• Skilled in the safe use and upkeep of tools and equipment, including:
    – Power tools: blowers, pressure washers, etc.
    – Manual aids: ladders, hand trucks, wheelbarrows, dollies, buckets
• High school diploma or equivalent required
