Special Education Teacher

A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy and educational services is seeking multiple Full-Time Special Education Teachers for in-person, school-based positions in Avondale, Arizona. In this role, you will provide specialized instruction, support students in achieving their IEP goals, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• →Teach and support students with diverse learning needs
• →Develop and adapt engaging, curriculum-aligned lesson plans
• →Support students in achieving their IEP goals
• →Monitor and document student progress, grades, and evaluations
• →Maintain a positive and effective classroom environment
• →Build strong relationships with students, parents, and school staff
• →Collaborate with paraprofessionals and multidisciplinary team members
• →Maintain effective classroom management and organization

• Active Arizona Special Education Teacher (SPED) Certification
• Previous experience in special education or a related educational field
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Ability to build positive rapport with students
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
