Our attorneys help injured people get back on track. But obtaining a great result for a client starts with making sure they receive the medical care they need and do not fall through the cracks.

We are seeking a Medical Compliance Coordinator to take ownership of medical treatment coordination and compliance across a high-volume plaintiff personal injury caseload.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of clients, appointments, referrals, and follow-up tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with injured clients who may be dealing with pain, stress, transportation difficulties, work obligations, or other challenges.
• Ability to identify problems and take action rather than simply documenting them.
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and following up repeatedly when necessary.
• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed notes in a case-management system.
• Ability to prioritize urgent treatment and compliance issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and personal accountability.
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, case managers, medical providers, and other members of the legal team.
• Ability to handle confidential medical and client information with professionalism and discretion.

• Prior experience with a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Experience with medical coordination, medical scheduling, healthcare administration, patient coordination, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with personal injury cases and the importance of continuity of medical treatment.
• Experience working with physical therapy, orthopedic, pain management, neurological, radiology, surgical, or other medical offices.
• Experience working in a high-volume legal or medical environment.
• Experience with personal injury case-management software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Comfort working with dashboards, reports, task queues, and other systems used to identify clients requiring follow-up.
• Experience developing or improving processes for tracking appointments, referrals, missed visits, or treatment compliance.
