Yard Crew

1. →Operate lift trucks, hydraulic trailers, travel lift hoist, arial lift, and work boat
2. →Perform minor carpentry and painting on an as-needed basis
3. →Perform some mechanical repairs on company equipment
4. →Move and launch boats, checking and safely securing boats moored at the docks
5. →Proficiency in using hand tools and small power tools
6. →Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills and abilities
7. →Perform other duties as assigned or apparent

• Act with the highest level of integrity and maintain a positive attitude
• High school diploma required
• Valid drivers license required
• Experience in the performance of jobs related to maintenance and repair is preferred
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job (see below)
• Must be able to complete assigned work in an efficient and timely manner
• Strong work ethic and personal commitment
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department, and company goals
• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
• Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions such as heat, rain, cold or snow
• Ability to work comfortably around water
• Ability to work in tight spaces
• Ability to work at heights of up to 30 feet
• Stand, sit, walk, push, pull, climb, crawl, bend, kneel, squat, twist, reach, grasp
