Role Overview

You are  responsible for the search of potential warehouses based on the specifications requested by your management. The role primarily supports the expansion strategy by sourcing suitable properties, conducting initial site assessments and collecting relevant property information. Also, you have to supervise the renovation project on-site whenever needed. This position may encompass additional responsibilities beyond those outlined below, depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential warehouse and commercial properties in line with Toters' expansion plans.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential locations.
• Conduct initial site visits and assess properties against established location and operational criteria.
• Evaluate key factors including accessibility, size, layout, EDL meter, Water, utilities, loading access, parking, surrounding area, and suitability for warehouse operations.
  
• Maintain an updated database of existing and potential properties.
• Support the expansion team throughout the property selection and acquisition/lease process.
• Coordinate site visits and ensure all required information is available for internal decision-making.
• Perform a variety of practical repair, maintenance and small construction tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate, warehousing, retail operations, logistics, or commercial expansion.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and retail operational requirements.
• Good understanding of property evaluation and commercial considerations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of renovation projects, covering Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical aspects, is a great advantage.Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in the field.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
