Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination:
    • Effect project timelines and deliverables using project management tools.
    • Create and manage tickets, ensuring they are followed through to completion.
    • Act as a liaison between the sales team, the development team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct preliminary quality checks and coordinate detailed QA testing to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software.
    • Identify any potential issues or bugs and work with the development team to resolve them promptly.
    • Ensure all development processes meet company and industry standards.
  • Product Clarification:
    • Help define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with senior management and technical teams.
    • Prioritise product backlog items and manage the development queue.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product functionality and user experience.

Requirements
