Responsibilities

→Project Coordination:
- →Effect project timelines and deliverables using project management tools.
- →Create and manage tickets, ensuring they are followed through to completion.
- →Act as a liaison between the sales team, the development team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
→Quality Assurance:
- →Conduct preliminary quality checks and coordinate detailed QA testing to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software.
- →Identify any potential issues or bugs and work with the development team to resolve them promptly.
- →Ensure all development processes meet company and industry standards.
→Product Clarification:
- →Help define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with senior management and technical teams.
- →Prioritise product backlog items and manage the development queue.
- →Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product functionality and user experience.
