TourRadar is a Series D, venture-backed tech company redefining how people discover and book organized adventures - disrupting a $200 billion industry in the process. As the leading Organized Adventure Platform, we empower operators to manage, market, and sell their multi-day tours directly to travelers (B2C) or through our global network of distribution partners (B2B2C).

Booking an organized tour has traditionally been a fragmented and time-consuming experience. Where will I stay? What activities are included? Are meals covered? Can I trust the operator?

TourRadar solves this by making the process seamless, intuitive, and centralized. We’ve partnered with 2,500+ trusted operators to offer over 50,000 adventures across 160+ countries, each with clear itineraries, verified reviews, and secure online booking. Since our founding in 2010, we’ve led the shift from offline to online, launching the industry’s first marketplace for multi-day tours. In 2021, we took it a step further with the introduction of our Organized Adventure Platform - connecting travelers, operators, travel agents, and creators in one integrated tech ecosystem.

We’re proudly global, with a team representing over 30 nationalities and offices in Europe, North America, and Australia. At TourRadar, we’re committed to building world-class products and experiences - and to the people behind them. As we continue to scale, we’re on the lookout for talented individuals ready to help us shape the future of adventure travel.

Working at TourRadar isn’t just a job. It’s a true adventure, one where you can change the way people experience the world through travel.

TourRadar is the marketplace for multi-day organised adventures. We've been rebuilding how the whole company works around AI, and marketing is leading the way. Our goal is simple: help more travellers book the trip of a lifetime, using AI in innovative ways to get there and moving beyond traditional channels.

Ever had an idea you knew would work, then watched it die on a backlog? That's why this role exists, and why you should be excited about it!

You're an AI-first marketer. AI and AI agents handle the repetitive work: drafting, research, data crunching and content variations. You own the thinking: positioning, taste, and what goes live. You'll work with Claude Code, our internal tools and whatever else you need to get the information you need quickly. You'll report to the Director of Lifecycle and CRM.

Responsibilities

  • →Product marketing for TourRadar B2C launches: positioning, messaging, channel plans and the assets to go with them.
  • →Keep everyday marketing moving: emails, landing pages, social content, competitor checks and reporting.
  • →Help the wider marketing team find slow or repetitive marketing work and replace it with AI workflows or agents that people use every week.
  • →Measure everything. If we can't tell whether it worked, we didn't build anything. This role is grounded in driving bookings for our marketplace.

These are examples, not a fixed roadmap. The common thread is doing ten times more without ten times the effort, and you'll help decide what we build.

  • 1,000 pages, not 100: where we'd normally hand-build 100 landing and destination pages, build a way to create 1,000 at the same quality. AI does the heavy lifting, and you decide where a person needs to step in so nothing goes live that shouldn't.
  • Messaging formed from travellers themselves: thousands of reviews and customer interviews turned into personas, messaging and social proof for every major destination, refreshed automatically.
  • Campaigns that keep up with the traveller: CRM that adapts to the season and to each person's history, so a Peru booker hears about Patagonia instead of a generic newsletter.
  • A launch kit in an afternoon: an agent that turns a product brief into first drafts of the landing page, emails and social posts, in every language we market in.
  • Content that stays fresh: a workflow that spots outdated messaging on our destination pages and drafts the updates for review.
  • Reporting that writes itself: a weekly summary of what's working across channels, in plain language, ready before the Monday meeting.
  • 7 days: You’ve jumped into our tools, met your team and have your first AI workflow or agent is live. Doesn’t have to be perfect, just done!
  • 30 days: You've run your first product launch and shipped at least one initiative that a team uses every week.
  • 90 days: You can show which of your builds saved time or drove bookings, and you've retired anything that didn't.
  • 1 to 3 years in marketing. We care more about what you've built than how long you've been building.
  • Experience with launches, campaigns or channels, and a clear sense of what good output looks like.
  • Daily AI use, with clear examples of marketing work you made faster or better with it and what changed as a result.
  • Comfort connecting tools and shaping prompts and workflows. Coding helps but isn't required.
  • Curiosity about new tools. You're often the first on your team to try something new, and you can tell us which recent tool you think is worth paying attention to and why.
  • A clear sense of where humans need to be involved. You know which steps AI can run on its own and which need a person's eye, because accuracy and our brand are non-negotiable.
  • Honesty about results, and a commercial mindset. You check the numbers and say what they show, even when the answer is "it didn't work."
  • A preference for shipping a small live version this week over a perfect one next quarter.
