Responsibilities

→Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
→Direct visitors to appropriate person/office
→Distribute daily mail/deliver to appropriate department/employee
→Maintain reception and front desk area
→Driving outside the office for events, pick up items, etc
→Taking inventory of drinks, snacks, office supplies, etc and reorder accordingly
→Creating shipping labels for outgoing packages
→Scheduling company/employee events
→Monitoring email inboxes and directing messages to the appropriate teams
→Coordinate various contractors and services providers as needed
