Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished wire harness assemblies
- →Utilize measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product conformity
- →Maintain and review quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions
- →Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions
- →Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- →Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and equipment
- →Manage and track limited shelf-life materials to ensure proper usage and compliance
- →Ensure adherence to customer and industry standards, with knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001
Requirements
~1 min read- Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards required
- Familiarity with J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards a plus
- IPC certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prior experience in electronics or wire harness manufacturing is preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Fluent in English (read, speak, and write)
