Manager, Cranes, Rigging & Material Handling Equipment (CRMHE)

Multi-Site Manufacturing Operations

Required: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years progressive CRMHE experience with 5+ years leadership. 

Preferred: MBA or advanced degree; multi-site industrial experience; curriculum and certification development.

• →Develop enterprise CRMHE strategy and standards
• →Lead all crane, rigging and material handling programs
• →Standardize training and certification for operators, riggers, spotters, signal persons and maintainers
• →Oversee inspections, maintenance standards and reliability programs
• →Establish critical lift governance and risk management processes
• →Lead audits, incident investigations and KPI reporting

• Master Rigger
• CRMHE Operations Supervisors for each shift and factory
• Storage Yard Crane Operations Supervisor

• Leadership and organizational development
• Expert knowledge of OSHA, ASME B30, ANSI and crane standards
• Training curriculum development
• Operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Incident investigation and root cause analysis
• Executive communication and stakeholder management
