Responsibilities

  • →Develop, maintain, and monitor daily, weekly, and annual production schedules for manufacturing operations.
  • →Coordinate production priorities to support operational efficiency, schedule attainment, and customer delivery requirements.
  • →Create, maintain, and modify production jobs within the Oracle ERP system.
  • →Prepare and distribute daily production and assembly reports.
  • →Monitor production schedule performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • →Support Aging WIP (Work in Process) analysis and follow up on open production jobs.
  • →Track and support shipment planning for finished products, small parts, and prefabricated components.
  • →Conduct physical verification of inventory and WIP on the production floor to ensure system accuracy.
  • →Provide Oracle system support and guidance to production personnel.
  • →Support annual mold maintenance planning and follow-up activities.
  • →Monitor molding cycle times and maintain required production input within the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and new product launch activities.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field, and at least 1 year of experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, scheduling, or supply chain management.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications; Power BI experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of production planning, inventory management, manufacturing operations, and supply chain processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
