We're on the hunt for an experienced Product Marketing Manager for our world-class TRA Tracking offering. You’ll move confidently between insight, strategy and execution, own and evolve product positioning and messaging, lead go-to-market activity, build enablement and education, and bring the voice of the customer and market into product decisions.
Product Marketing is a newly established discipline at TRA, so we're after someone who brings the initiative, skill and prior experience to grow it well. We’ve set the foundations – you’ll expand, iterate, and build it out. As a valued member of TRA’s marketing team, you'll be the only dedicated product marketer in the business
This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with TRA’s product, design, marketing, content, sales and client service teams, and will suit a practical builder who can create clarity, establish repeatable ways of working, and get high-quality work into market.
This role is open to applicants in Sydney, Melbourne or Auckland. It is full time, and hybrid.

Product Marketing is a newly established discipline at TRA, and this role will continue building it up. You'll own and evolve positioning and messaging for TRA Tracking - including the stories behind our methodology, data quality and emerging data approaches - and lead go-to-market activity from launch through to adoption.
You'll be the dedicated product marketer in the business and a core part of TRA’s marketing and content team. It's a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Content, Design, Research, Rev Ops and Sales and Client Services to bring the voice of the customer into every product decision.
This will suit a practical, creative person who can create clarity from ambiguity, establish repeatable ways of working, and get high-quality work into market.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own and evolve product positioning and messaging, translating customer and market insight into clear, defensible points of view and product priorities.
- →Test and measure how positioning lands across the funnel, refining the story and prioritising where to invest next.
- →Lead go-to-market strategy for product launches and updates - from audience definition and positioning through content, rollout and post-launch optimisation.
- →Coordinate cross-functional launch activity so internal teams are aligned and equipped to communicate value with confidence.
- →Build and maintain a practical library of sales, customer and partner collateral, including proof points, technical narratives and objection-handling tools.
- →Design and deliver enablement training with subject-matter experts, measuring improvements in knowledge and confidence.
- →Create customer education across the lifecycle - from pre-sale through onboarding, adoption, renewal and advocacy.
- →Establish repeatable workflows and measurement so positioning, launches and enablement content stay current and effective.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years' experience across marketing, or 3+ experience across product marketing
- Ability to turn complexity into a clear, credible and engaging narrative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience adapting content for different audiences and channels
- Strong product and go-to-market understanding, with commercial acumen and confidence representing the customer perspective
- An analytical, data-informed approach to prioritisation and measuring impact
- A collaborative working style, comfortable building trust across functions while working independently when needed
Nice to have: experience with B2B products or platforms in a high-growth environment, knowledge of brand tracking or market research methodologies, and experience enabling agency or channel partners.
You're a self-starter who thinks strategically, builds systems, and enjoys turning ambiguity into a story the whole business can get behind.
