We are recruiting Finance Mentors with a passion for empowering SMEs and improving their financial performance. Through partnerships with corporates, government, and development organizations, we design and implement programs that enable SMEs to contribute meaningfully to the economy. Our daily mission is to equip entrepreneurs with the skills, tools, and support they require to achieve sustainable business growth and create generational wealth. Requirements POSITION Finance Mentors PURPOSE OF Role The aim is to transfer financial management skills to the SMEs to enable them to build financial sustainability in their businesses. The finance mentor will work with each SME through monthly one-on-one sessions to help them develop financial goals and to build financial management practices so that they can manage their finances adequately. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Academic degree in accounting Experience: 3 years or more Registered with an accounting body (e.g. IAC, CIMA, SAICA) To apply, submit your CV and qualifications to info@transformationlegacy.com.
