We're looking for a detail-oriented and personable Honeymoon Organizer to help clients organize the details of one of their most memorable trips. This remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, researching, staying organized, and helping create a smooth experience from the early planning stages through final preparations.
In this position, you'll assist with organizing accommodations, transportation, activities, reservations, and itinerary details based on each couple's preferences. Every honeymoon is different, so you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of destinations, styles, and requests while helping keep the planning process organized.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Help organize honeymoon plans based on each couple's preferences and needs
- →Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and experiences
- →Keep reservation details, confirmations, and itinerary information organized
- →Communicate with clients to gather information and provide planning updates
- →Assist with coordinating the different details involved in each honeymoon
- →Follow up on outstanding items, changes, and important trip information
- →Use online platforms and established systems to manage client requests
- →Keep accurate records and make sure important details are not overlooked
- →Help clients stay informed and organized as their departure date approaches
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with clients and providing helpful support
- Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Comfortable using email, online tools, and computer-based systems
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Interest in weddings, hospitality, destinations, or planning is a plus
- Fully remote work environment

Previous experience in the travel industry is not required. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, event coordination, or another people-focused field.
