Do you enjoy planning, organizing details, and making sure everything is ready when it needs to be? We're looking for a Remote Travel Workflow & Scheduling Planner to help coordinate trip details, manage timelines, and keep travel plans moving smoothly.
In this role, you'll help organize reservations, itineraries, schedules, and client requests while keeping track of important updates and follow-ups. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys travel, customer service, and staying one step ahead of the details.
No previous travel experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities

- →Organize itineraries, confirmations, and trip details.
- →Communicate with clients to confirm preferences and important information.
- →Track booking progress and follow up on outstanding items.
- →Maintain accurate client and reservation records.
- →Assist with updates and changes to travel plans.
- →Help keep daily planning tasks organized and on schedule.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Enjoys planning, coordination, and helping others.
- Comfortable learning online booking tools and digital systems.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Scheduling, customer service, administrative, hospitality, or travel experience is helpful but not required.
