WFH Travel Workflow Planner

Love staying organized and keeping things moving? We're looking for a Travel Workflow Planner to coordinate reservations, organize trip details, and help ensure each client has a smooth planning experience.

No previous travel experience is required. Training is provided.

• →Coordinate hotels, flights, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
• →Organize itineraries, confirmations, and booking details.
• →Communicate with clients and gather travel preferences.
• →Research travel options and assist with trip planning.
• →Track bookings, updates, and outstanding details.
• →Keep client records accurate and organized.
• →Review plans for accuracy before departure.

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable multitasking and working independently.
• Willing to learn new online systems and technology.
• Customer service, administrative, hospitality, or scheduling experience is a plus, not required.

• Reliable computer and high-speed internet.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or eligible countries within Latin America.
