Manager, Business Operations

• Reports directly to AVP, Member and Deposit Operations.
• Direct supervisory responsibilities for the Supervisor, BAS; overall responsibility for assigned department staff. Accountable for overall department staffing, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, workforce development, and achievement of departmental objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial services industry or commercial services, with at least 5 years in the commercial account support field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience within a financial institution.
• Experience with treasury services (ACH, wires, cash flow tools) and business account servicing strongly preferred.

Compensation: 

• Manager, Business Operations:  Grade 19 - Exempt $116,646.40 – $144,102.40.
