Client IT Engineer

• →Support clients across Microsoft 365, identity (Entra ID), endpoints, networks, and servers, both onsite and remotely
• →Own client relationships and small projects end to end
• →Troubleshoot at the infrastructure layer: Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, networking, and endpoint management across multiple client environments
• →Explain technical issues clearly to non-technical staff and executives, and document as you go

• Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting networks, servers, endpoints, and identity, whether onsite or remote
• Three or more years in IT support; multi-client or MSP experience strongly preferred
• Solid Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
• A strong communicator who builds trust with clients and can adapt to any audience
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102) preferred
• Comfortable driving to client sites across the LA metro

Compensation
$70,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience.
