As an Equity Trader, you will gain direct exposure to the markets while mastering our proprietary trading tools and strategies. From day one, you'll work side-by-side with an experienced trainer and be immersed in a diverse mix of trading strategies, developing both the technical skills and judgment needed to succeed in a fast paced environment.
Within your first month on the desk, you'll actively trade and manage firm capital under close mentorship, honing your ability to make split-second buy and sell decisions on our proprietary keyboard-based trading platform. Along the way, you will develop a deep understanding of U.S., Canadian, and OTC equity markets, as well as the U.S. options market.
We invest heavily in education and development for both new and veteran traders, offering a mix of classroom sessions and on-demand resources to support continuous growth. This structure helps strengthen your quantitative, analytical, and research skills, while deepening your knowledge of economics, risk management, and market structure.
