The position:

The Senior Program Manager will serve as a key leader responsible for strengthening collaboration between Artheon's Albany and New Jersey offices while helping expand the firm's municipal engineering services throughout the Capital Region. This role combines municipal engineering leadership, client relationship management, business development, and team building.

Success in this position is built on understanding the work already being delivered, identifying opportunities to broaden services for municipal clients, and helping teams adopt consistent processes and best practices across offices.
