We are seeking a Transportation Design Engineer – Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex roadway and highway projects in Boston, MA. This is a high-impact opportunity for a motivated leader to manage projects from concept through construction while helping shape safer, more efficient transportation systems across the region.

In this role, you’ll serve as both a technical expert and project leader, guiding multidisciplinary teams, partnering with clients, and mentoring emerging talent—all while delivering high-quality transportation solutions.
