The Utah Water/Wastewater Treatment Practice Builder will play a central role in delivering successful projects, supporting strategic pursuits, and helping clients benefit from the combined capabilities of both firms.

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal business development, technical and project leadership role in a growing Utah water practice with the support and mentorship of seasoned leaders and distinguished engineers.
Working alongside established leaders, client managers, technical experts, and business development professionals from both Horrocks and Wilson, you will lead complex water and wastewater projects, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, contribute to strategic pursuits, and help shape the technical direction of the joint venture.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished project manager and technical leader with a strong understanding of the consulting business who is looking to make a step-change in their leadership responsibilities. You will be expected to cultivate client relationships and contribute to business development, while also delivering exceptional projects, mentoring teams, and driving technical excellence.
Success in this role will mean establishing trusted client relationships, winning and delivering the joint venture’s first generation of major Utah treatment projects, and building the team and capabilities needed for long-term growth.
